payment successfully paid from my bank to github but in github it says declined!

Hi .. i have paid 39$ to renew my github copilot pro plus monthly subscription.. i got already paid and the money is gone from my Mastercard and also i use the copilot today .. but the problem is that now it shows the transaction as failed here in github and also the subscription gone ! I paid 56000 IQD and it is 39$ .. if it failed transaction it may return the money! .. the transaction was on 18th march 2026 at 11:04 pm with iraq time which is +3 gmt

I have contacted the Mastercard provider, and they confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed. They provided the operation ID as confirmation :

Below is a step‑by‑step plan to get the subscription reinstated and, if needed, start a refund for the duplicate charge.
