Copilot Agent (using Claude Sonnet 4.6), is showing "couldn't run get_file".
Searching the output shows lines line this:
[FunctionInvoker Error] Calling function 'get_file' failed: System.ArgumentException: endLine (310) must be >= startLine (770).
Seems like the MCP call is sending/receiving the start and end lines reversed.
Using updated Visual Studio 2026 (18.4.3)
