Problem Description:
My GitHub account (@hotbob011) has been flagged / restricted without any prior email notification or warning.
What happened:
I honestly do not know why my account was flagged. I did not intentionally violate GitHub's Terms of Service, and I received no explanation or warning email from GitHub.
What I have tried to contact support:
This has created a situation where I cannot submit a proper support ticket or appeal because of the SMS limitation, and I cannot reach GitHub Support through normal channels.
Request to GitHub Staff:
I am a legitimate user and would like to request a manual review of my account. Please help unflag / restore my account so that my repositories and contributions become publicly visible again, and I can use GitHub Actions normally.
I can provide any additional information needed for identity verification privately if required.
