For the ARN specifically: reply to your existing ticket (#4225285) and ask explicitly for the Acquirer Reference Number to trace the refund through your bank. Using that exact term (ARN) tells the billing team you need a transaction-level lookup, which is different from a general refund status check. If the ticket has been sitting for 5+ days with no reply, open a new one and reference the old ticket number. Something like "following up on #4225285, I need the ARN to file a trace with my bank" tends to get routed faster than bumping a stale thread. Also worth knowing: even after a refund is issued, it can take 5-10 business days to appear on a bank statement depending on your card issuer, so it may already be in transit. |
