Hi everyone,
My account got flagged for spam by mistake recently. Trust & Safety already fixed it and restored my account 3 days ago, but my Education benefits never came back.
My status is now permanently stuck on "Awaiting Benefits - available after 72 hours" (my original approval date was March 6). The Copilot support bot told me to try reapplying to unstick it, but the system just throws an error saying I have an "outstanding discount request" and blocks me.
The bot admitted this is a stuck backend job caused by the unflagging and told me to get a human to manually clear it. I opened a ticket (#4248605), but figured I'd post here in case someone on the team can take a quick look and clear the stuck request for me.
