This can sometimes happen right after approval. Even though the pack is approved, partner benefits may take some time to fully activate across all services. You could try a few things:
If the issue still persists after a couple of days, it’s likely a backend activation issue — in that case, contacting GitHub Education support would be the best step. |

Hi everyone,
Hi,
My GitHub Student Developer Pack was approved few days ago on March 30, 2026.
However, none of the partner benefits are accessible. Every "redeem" link redirects back to the pack page.
It seems like my account is verified but benefits were not activated properly.
Could someone tell me whats wrong on the site or if its my accounts problem any GitHub staff help check it?
