Github Education request taking over 200 days?

Hi everyone,

My Education request has taken over 200 days. I asked for help after a few weeks of waiting, and was told to resubmit the request. I couldn't, as the original request was never denied. I forgot about it and just figured I would wait it out. It has now been over 200 days.

I could not create a support ticket for manual review of my request, it directed me to the page to check status, and I very well know it's been "pending review." It's been "pending review" for over 200 days. I then submitted the ticket under the classroom section, but it has been 5 days and I haven't gotten a response.

I'm now escalating this issue myself. It has been over 7 months. Someone, PLEASE, help me.
