Hi there, That sounds frustrating — especially after multiple attempts. Since your institution is eligible and you’ve already provided documents, this is likely a verification issue rather than eligibility. Here are a few things you can try: 📄 1. Double-check your documents
🌐 2. Language & translation
📧 3. Use your school email properly
🔁 4. Avoid repeated quick resubmissions
🆘 5. Contact GitHub Support (recommended at this point)Since you’ve already tried multiple times (7+), it’s best to escalate: Include:
💡 TipSometimes verification fails due to format/clarity issues, not because your school is invalid — so improving document quality + contacting support usually resolves it. Hope this helps, and good luck getting approved! |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I’ve received a message about seven times now stating that my institution cannot be verified on GitHub Education.
I am Japanese, I have a university email address, and I’ve already confirmed that the university I attend is eligible. I submitted photos of both my student ID and my letter of acceptance, along with a document translating the Japanese text into English, but all of my requests have been rejected. Could someone please help me?
