Hi all,

I return to school and became a student last month, since I know our professor suggest we can apply student program, so I apply the program, I verified my mail of school, I finished two-factor verification , but after I provided documents and submit, I keep receiving the error: "You have an outstanding discount request for @u1401056." I tried again few days later, but it shows the same message.

What should I do now? Is that any suggestion?
