I've seen this happen before - GitHub's automated system often expects a Try submitting an official enrollment verification letter from your school administration. It needs to be on school letterhead, include your full name, school name and address, program/dates, and a school contact (phone/email). A current class schedule or tuition receipt with the same details also works. Upload that through the verification portal again. If it gets rejected automatically, use the GitHub Education Support form (education.github.com/support) and explain your school doesn't issue emails. Attach the same document and mention your high school name and location. Make sure the document is clear, unedited, and shows the school's official stamp or signature. I've heard of high school students getting approved this way when they provide a proper letter from their principal's office. |

Hi GitHub Community,
I’m trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my application was rejected because my academic status could not be verified.
Here’s my situation:
What I expected:
What actually happened:
I have checked GitHub Education docs and FAQs, but I am not sure what other proof is acceptable when the school does not issue emails.
Does anyone have experience applying without a school email, or know what kind of documents GitHub might accept for verification in this case? What should I do?
