Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hello,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with my application for the GitHub Teacher benefits. I have applied several times, but my application continues to be rejected despite submitting multiple supporting documents.
In my previous attempts, I provided my Certificate of Employment (which clearly states my name and school in English), official approval documents, and screenshots of the NEIS (National Education Information System) portal used by teachers in South Korea.
The rejection emails state that my name is not clearly listed or that my school's affiliation is not visible. However, my Certificate of Employment includes both my full name and the school's name in English. Please note that the NEIS portal and some official internal documents are only available in Korean, which may be causing the confusion during the review process.
Could you please advise if there are any other specific documents required to verify my status, or if there is a way to have my existing English documents re-evaluated?
I look forward to your guidance.
Best regards,
Park, EunJung
