Hey @sidielnikov! Unfortunately, the GitHub Community forum isn't able to process refunds or make changes to billing — that has to go through GitHub Support directly. Here's what to do: To request a refundContact GitHub Support here: https://support.github.com/contact When you submit the ticket, include:
To cancel the subscription going forwardIf you just want to stop future billing (separate from the refund request):
GitHub Support handles refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but your situation (exhausted quota from a previous plan + upcoming travel = no practical usage) is a reasonable case to make. Good luck! |

Yeah, that looks right to me — that's the standard format for a GitHub Support ticket URL, so it went through successfully. They usually reply via email within a few business days, so keep an eye on your inbox. If you want to check on it or add any extra details, you can view all your open tickets at https://support.github.com/requests. Hope they sort it out for you! |

Copilot in GitHub
Body
Hello,
I recently purchased a GitHub Copilot Pro subscription, but I did not realize that my monthly limit of 300 requests had already been exhausted due to my previous Copilot Pro+ subscription.
As a result, I am unable to use the newly purchased subscription for the remaining 23 days of this billing period. Additionally, I will be traveling abroad in May and will not be able to use the subscription during that time either.
Because of this, the purchase was effectively accidental and provides no practical value to me at this moment.
I would like to request a refund for the GitHub Copilot Pro subscription. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
Thank you for your understanding.
