Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
So, I failed my application twice now when applying for GitHub education student package. The capture image option (the only option) it seems is a pain and doesn't factor in user experience. I'm an online student so I'm far away from campus. Also, the fact there isn't an option to upload documents such as transcripts, etc is not good and should be added. Why? Because trying to capture a image via from laptop or cellphone is not optimal nor sufficient. The resolution from the phone makes the image blurry and doesn't capture the full document. As far as the laptop, how can one capture an image when the documents that need to be uploaded are on the laptop? Also, when I received the update saying my application failed, it said I may need to upload multiple documents. How? Because there isn't an manual upload option! This needs immediate attention. I'm sure plenty of others are effected by this.
