Unable to access issues and PRs after setting up 2FA

We decided to enforce 2FA in some of our organizations. I had already setup 2FA, but with SMS. Apparently this is not allowed anymore, so I added the GH mobile app and set it as my default.
However, I still can't access anything on the repo:


I tried removing SMS, as I figured maybe this was somehow interfering, but there is no option to actually remove it!

Any help so I can access my projects again would be appreciated!
