Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Support Team,

I am a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Software Engineering (Upgraded from Junior College) at Shangqiu Normal University, China.

I am completely blocked from applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, with no way to complete the process via the official website or email:

1. Application System Bug: The official application page has a persistent frontend bug: the document upload component is completely unclickable on all browsers (desktop/mobile), and all troubleshooting methods (clearing cache, incognito mode, different browsers, etc.) have failed.
2. Network Restriction: My university's campus network has strict cross-border access restrictions, and the school is still applying for a research cross-border channel, which cannot be used for personal application.
3. Email Rejection: My manual appeal email to education@github.com was automatically rejected by the system, requiring me to use the support website, which I cannot access due to the above issues.

I have attached all valid proof of my current student status:

• Xuexin (China Higher Education Student Information) verification report with valid period
• Student ID photo with university seal
• Screenshots of application errors, email rejection, and university's network restriction notice

I sincerely request you to manually review my account and activate the GitHub Student Developer Pack. This benefit is essential for my programming learning and course projects.
