Hello, I don't know why my account was restricted. Could you please help me unblock my account? I am a student and I paid for a Pro membership. I mainly use Claude to help me write code and complete assignments. I was using my Claude model when it suddenly stopped working. I planned to switch to Pro+ after this free trial ended, but now my account has been suddenly blocked. This makes me very worried about the security of my account, and I will remember the insecurity of my GitHub Cipilot account when I plan to start paying again in the future. My banned account was named RomanGeng, and the associated email address was 3588430252@qq.com
