I subscribed to Copilot Pro on my GitHub account, which I've used for several years. I don't believe I violated any terms, but my account, along with my GitHub account that I've used for years, has been suspended. Now I can only create tickets using this alternate account. Your account suspension most likely has nothing to do with violating any terms. GitHub's fraud detection sometimes flags accounts when a new paid subscription like Copilot Pro is added, especially if there wasn't billing activity on the account before.
Nobody here in the community can help with suspensions though. You need to contact GitHub Support directly at https://support.github.com/. Use the email tied to your suspended account, explain what happened, and mention the Copilot Pro subscription timing. They should be able to sort it out within a few days.
Also, one more thing, avoid creating more alternate accounts in the meantime, as that can actually make the situation worse.

This is frustrating but unfortunately you cannot fix it yourself, only github staff can review it. firstly be calm and patient it will take time to resolve.
Some helpful solution can be :

1. Go to github support and submit an official appeal under account suspension/appeal section and clearly mention everything starting from github username.
2. Write strong ticket , this matters lot.
3. If copilot is still charging or billing stop it by temporarily blocking payment method
