Removing a project item field's value through GraphQL API

Hi, I can't seem to find how to remove the value of a field.

The only way to change a field's value seems to be something like this:

mutation {
    updateProjectV2ItemFieldValue(input:{    
        projectId: PROJECT_ID       
        itemId: ITEM_ID
        fieldId: FIELD_ID
        value: {
          date: DATE_VALUE
         }
    }) {
       projectV2Item {
         id
    }
}

Is there a value for DATE_VALUE that allows me to remove the date field's value?
