Public projects lack breadcrumbs if not signed in.

Public projects are difficult to share with ... the public ... because they will not see breadcrumbs or the name of the owning account or repo. It'd be great to see some indication of the project's source.

I've tried to add links the org and repo using the Project description and readme. They don't show up in this view, though.
