Issue Forms: description text too small

Hi!

In my opinion the font-size of 12px for the description of a form field is too small. We'll put information there that people have to read and I fear they might miss it. The paragraph could get the 14px from the text above and a little bit of margin-bottom so that the label and description stay together and the rest, e.g. checkbox/textarea is a bit separated.
