GitHub Community needs a new 'GitHub Product Categories' discussion category for 'Notifications'

Currently there is no 'GitHub Product Categories' discussion category for 'Notifications' (eg. https://github.com/notifications), which is kind of annoying, as I have no 'focused' place to raise issues about it.. and it's much more likely for them to become 'fragmented' and 'lost' across the other discussions categories.

Please create a new category for 'Notifications'

One example (I'm sure there are many others) is this thread that was included in 'New to GitHub':

Are there any plans to make this optional? There’s no way to prevent images from being downloaded from a particular domain unless you decide to do so for all emails, which is far from ideal.
