Need Link to NEEY Active Balancer APP<title>

The GitHub files have the instruction manual for the NEEY Active Balancer (24S4EB), which balances cells joined in series. On the PDF file, there is a Hyperlink to download an APP to communicate with the Balancer via a Smartphone. However, the link only goes to a 404 page not found error message!
Anybody know where I can find the APP?
My phone doesn't do QR codes.

The point I was making was that I was unable to obtain the software for the NEEY Active Balancer by following the link to Github (the link was provided by NEEY); whether I was unable to decipher the Github source to the software, or if there was an error or corruption in the file, I do not know. I did manage to find the software elsewhere by searching around. I am really impressed with the NEEY Active Balancer. The software enables me to monitor the cell balancing procedure via Bluetooth on my smartphone or PC.
