My company have paid for Github Enterprise licences and have been unable to actually access or use them. We think some sort of activation email needs to be resent but can't get hold of anyone to help with this.

The two sales people involved in the sale have not been answering emails for the past two weeks and now we don't know what to do. I need to get hold of somebody who can support us in actually getting access to the services we have paid for. I've opened a ticket from my (currently) free account but I have no idea how long I will be waiting for anybody to look at it. Any tips on how I can get hold of somebody from Github would be much appreciated!
