Backup & Disaster Recovery

I was curious what the Backup & Disaster Recovery options are for UCSF GitHub Enterprise?

My guess is that the Enterprise Cloud Instance is dependent on GitHub being operational, while the Enterprise Server is able to resources even if GitHub is down?

My goal would be the ability to maintain a sync of our existing GitHub Public Cloud account inside of UCSF GitHub Enterprise Server in case we ever lose access to GitHub Cloud.
