Broken docs link codespaces readme

The link to documentation at the end of https://github.com/github/dev/blob/main/README.md is broken (at least for me).
Correct link is https://docs.github.com/en/codespaces/the-githubdev-web-based-editor
I tried opening a PR to that effect but it's telling me "An owner of this repository has limited the ability to open a pull request to users that have contributed to this repository in the past." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
