fix(showcase): regenerate package-lock.json for plugin-react downgrade

package.json has @vitejs/plugin-react ^5.2.0 but the lockfile still
pinned 6.0.1, breaking Docker's npm ci. Regenerated to resolve 5.2.0.
Verified with local Docker build.
