站点拨测概况里「延迟趋势」和「质量趋势」上下两张图的 X 轴（时间轴）实际绘图宽度不一致，左右端对不齐。
根因
SiteTrendsTab.vue：
- 延迟图只有左侧 Y 轴 y；
- 质量图有左轴 y + 右轴 y1（失败率）。
两图绘图区左右内边距不同（右轴占宽 + 左轴刻度文字宽度不同），导致 X 轴宽度不对齐，上下联动的十字线也会错位。
