Problem
1. v10 vs v11 版本错配（500 错误）
#35 尝试将 core 降级到 v10 来对齐 common，但 Docker 构建中 v10 core 未被 hoist 至根目录，导致 无法找到 （Cannot find module @nestjs/core ）。

이 세션의 git 프록시가 태그 푸시를 차단해 v* 태그 기반 릴리스 트리거를 직접 쓸 수 없습니다. 대신 워크플로우 수동 실행 시 릴리스 태그를 직접 생성하도록 보완합니다.
