概要
ゲームプレイ中、進化AIの早期世代（EARLY_GENERATION_THRESHOLD=5 以下）の敵が最近傍タワーへ到達した後、その場で振動・停滞して動かなくなり、画面上で**敵がタワーに「固まる」**現象が発生します。
スクリーンショット上では、複数の敵が同一タワー位置に重なって停止しており、拠点（Fortress）方向へ進行しなくなっています。

Potential bug? The H-displacement forward/lateral plot is backwards.
When the speeder goes right, the line should go negative; when left, positive. Right now it s backwards.
