좋아요·팔로우·서재추가에서 exists 체크 후 save 패턴이 동시 요청 시 경쟁 조건에 노출됨. 두 요청이 동시에 exists 체크를 통과한 뒤 save하면 DB unique 제약 위반으로
DataIntegrityViolationException이 발생해 사용자에게 500이 노출됨.
