Problem Statement
作为管理后台用户，我在「手动节点」里搜索和分组时遇到几个互相纠缠的问题：
- 我先选了某个分组，再输入搜索词，结果却横跨了所有分组——分组筛选好像失效了。
- 我把每页条数设成 48/96/全部，一旦开始搜索就被强制打回每页 24。
- 我按地区别名搜索（如输入「台湾」「tw」「HK」）时，行为和不搜索时不完全一致；而且其中一套别名表把台湾配了错误的国旗（🇨🇳）。 ...
