브라우저 OPTIONS /queue/{id} 프리플라이트 → 401. 이후 GET 도 CORS 실패.

/queue 는 API GW ANY→AWS_PROXY(람다) 라 OPTIONS 도 람다로 옴. 핸들러가 OPTIONS 도 _user_id_from_token 으로 토큰 검증 → 프리플라이트엔 Authorization
