축제/체험 목록 조회와 상세 조회 API에 백엔드 캐시를 적용하는 기능입니다.
프론트엔드는 기존처럼 백엔드 API만 호출하고, 백엔드는 동일한 요청이 반복될 경우 TourAPI를 다시 호출하지 않고 캐시된 응답을 반환하도록 개선합니다.
적용 대상 API는 다음과 같습니다.
