看到 Star 数的时候还挺开心的，心想终于找到了一个不错的方案。

这个仓库的情况（抽查了 38 个新增账号，其中 78% 是空壳号，抽样 30 个账号，28 个无公开仓库，29 个无 bio，27 个近两周注册）只是冰山一角。
如果我们继续对刷星行为视而不见，结果就是越来越多的项目效仿，最终 Star 这个指标彻底失去意义，受损的是我们所有人。
