user v19.41 後仍反饋「上方仍沒有總經 短期 拐點面板」，截圖顯示 ③ 即時訊號決策矩陣依舊在頂部。
根本原因
v19.41 已將 ③ 下移至 tab 內結尾，但 Streamlit 單一 tab strip + roadmap caption 仍會擋在 ① 戰情室（總經）上方，user 體感「最上方」沒有總經。
