当前 Hermes 桌面 GUI 和飞书/微信等网关平台是两套独立通道。手机飞书发的消息，桌面 GUI 能看到 session 记录但不是实时推送。在桌面 GUI 点进飞书 session 回复，消息不会路由回飞书。
期望行为
1. 飞书/微信来消息时，桌面 GUI 实时弹出刷新
2. 在桌面 GUI 回复飞书/微信对话，消息同步回到对应平台
3. 两边聊天记录完全一致
