当前 expert/chat 对话的超时判定存在两个问题：
1. 前端原实现采用固定总时长超时（5分钟），模型即使持续返回 reasoning_delta 或其他流式反馈，只要在规定时间内没有收到最终完成信号，仍可能被误判为 timeout。
