背景と目的
分割IC定期券の経路探索機能を実装する。
探索時に会社跨ぎやIC非対応区間へ侵入するバグを構造的に防ぎ、かつ探索パフォーマンスを最大化するため、全線グラフ（baseGraph）からIC対応区間のみを抽出した「非連結なIC専用サブグラフ」を起動時に動的生成する。
生成したグラフを、先日抽象化した経路探索ユースケースに注入し、専用のエンドポイントとして公開する。
