背景
preview はすべて noindex,nofollow にしたいですが、本repoはすべてインデックス可能にしたい。
現状の robots 設定を確認したところ、本番（本repo / GitHub Pages）の insight 記事ページが noindex, nofollow
のまま公開されており、「本番は全ページインデックス可能にしたい」という意図と乖離していた。
