问题
PWA 收不到新消息，但网页端正常。
根因
普通的助手回复只通过实时 WebSocket 送达；后端唯一会发 Web Push 的地方是定时「keepalive」推送代理。网页端标签页一直开着、WS 长连接保持，所以正常；而 PWA 切到后台/关闭/锁屏后会被系统挂起、WS
断开，回复虽然存进了数据库，却永远送不到。
