问题(prod 日志坐实的真因)
某 prod cc- edge anthropic 镜像 stub 的 edge 限流后,客户端重试全失败,直到运维关掉该 stub 调度才成功;现象:cc-us2 间歇 2/70、健康兄弟 cc-us4 一直 0、没有请求到达。
真因不是选号偏好,而是 failover 回路完整性缺口:
1. 请求 → cc-us2 → edge 死 → 无头 capacity ...
