背景
現在の定跡DB更新は POST /api/openings/rebuild で同期実行している。
処理内容はKIFファイルの再読み込みではなく、DB内の positions テーブル全体を読み、直前局面SFENと次の指し手ごとに集計して openings へUPSERTするもの。

Just select local files from the file manager, and some files don t even require offline or pull-back options - the data
is already in the files. I hope someone can support this feature
