问题描述
当订阅公众号数量较多时（如 120+），定时采集任务每小时触发一次，但由于队列串行处理+固定入队顺序+去重机制，实际只有排在前面的约 40-50 个号能被采集到，后面的公众号永远轮不到更新。
根因分析
jobs/mps.py 中的 add_job 函数每次按固定顺序将所有公众号加入队列：
