通过飞书渠道上传图片/文件后，在同一条消息里让 Agent 读取该附件时报错：
图片路径在工作区沙箱之外，我没办法直接读取这个文件。
表现为 Agent 视觉可以「看到」图片，但任何走文件工具（read_file / extract_document_text / detect_file_type）的读取都失败。
