我在使用code的时候，在代码编辑栏中下滑会与整体下滑冲突，打开性能面板，严重影响了编码的体验，流程就是：随机打开一个文件，将其拉到最底部（下拉了一点也会），在代码编辑区域下拉，会打开性能追踪面板，然后编辑区域的代码直接回到最顶部，无法正常浏览中间的区域代码，非常影响编码效率的体验，请你们尽快解决这个bug。然后在设置中添加一个开关，让用户决定是否打开性能追踪，如果用户不打开性能追踪，就可以关闭这个性能追踪布局，不能下拉打开，可以将性能追踪布局，迁移至下方输出栏里，与git等工具一起，我相信对你们来说并不是什么难事，请你们尽快解决这个问题。 ...
