PR #78 で実際に発生したギャップの機械化。check-test-smells.sh
はCIのtestジョブ側で走るため、fitnessのミラーであるpr-preflight.shに含まれず、スメルのあるテストがローカル全PASSのままCIで初めて落ちた。以後「push前に手で回す」という手順で回避していたが、手順は忘れたら再発する。ハーネス自己評価（弱点1）で特定した穴。
