根本原因
syncBookmarks() 在合并阶段就提前给所有本地书签赋了 user_id，并存回本地。 下次同步时，若上次 Supabase 上传失败，该书签（已有 user_id）会被误判为 远端已删除 ，导致本地数据也被静默丢弃。
