问题
彻底移除扩展后重新加载，本地数据清空，且「从云端拉取」拉不回。
根因
1. 同步 token 存在 chrome.storage.local，移除扩展时被 Chrome 清空 → 重装后无凭证访问云端
2. 后端无空数据保护，重装后空状态保存会反向覆盖云端真实数据（/api/fullsync 无脑 INSERT OR REPLACE）
