When the options of an interactions are shuffled, they are shuffled once. When the candidate returns to the item the
option might be displayed in other sequence.

Every time an item is shown (in the context of an assessment test) are request is made to load the corresponding XML. Me
preference would be to cache as many items as possible when loading the test.
Summary: The shuffle feature is not working correctly when loading items in the player. Despite setting shuffle=true,
the answers are not shuffled upon loading the item.
