バグの概要
対戦組み合わせ作成画面で組み合わせを保存しようとすると、フロントに「保存に失敗しました」と表示され保存できないことがある（2026/6/29 23:38頃に発生報告）。
本番ログ・本番DB照会の結果、インフラ/OOMは無関係で、バックエンドが 403（対象セッションの参加者でない選手が含まれている） で弾いていたことが判明。
